Balance is personal training focused on mind, body, and spirit.  I focus on your life style.  We will look at food, stress, your kids, your work and how these affect your energy and your health.  My energy is contagious!  I will keep you incredibly motivated!

I will set up a program that is effective and realistic for you to lose weight if that is your goal or I will show you how to  get my abs!  ; )
